This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong analytical mindset and proficiency in SQL and Python. You will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and maintaining datasets and reports that provide actionable insights to both internal and external stakeholders. The position offers the opportunity to work across cross-functional teams, influence data-driven decisions, and contribute to the development and optimization of reporting systems. You will participate in all stages of the data lifecycle, including extraction, transformation, and visualization, while ensuring data quality, compliance, and performance. This is a primarily remote role, allowing flexibility while collaborating with a supportive, mission-driven team.

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and datasets across the enterprise.
  • Analyze data using SQL and Python to uncover trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Create and test queries, stored procedures, functions, and packages to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Manage incoming reporting and data requests, providing updates and deliverables to leadership.
  • Conduct unit testing, support UAT, and address defects in reports and datasets.
  • Participate in ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and system improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis or reporting within a corporate environment.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Python for ETL and data integration processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and professional data presentation skills.
  • Creative, collaborative, and adaptable mindset with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with Crystal Reports, Tableau, Power BI, Amazon Quicksight, or equivalent BI tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
  • Competitive salary: $73,790 – $84,554, with growth potential up to $93,270.
