About The Position
Under the general supervision of the Senior Director - Regulatory Policy and Rates, is responsible for coordinating and supervising the performance of moderate to complex analysis working with cross-functional teams to generate actionable insights and regulatory filings through the development of metrics, dashboards, programing languages and data analytics. The intent of this job is to automate existing processes as well as enable and streamline the production of key division initiatives such as regulatory filings. Other key duties include the creation and automation of regulatory filings and schedules, conducting economic, statistical, cost and rate design studies and reports to ensure recovery of the Company's authorized revenue requirements and evaluating the effect of the resulting tariffs on customers. The creation of load profiles, differentiation of consumption characteristics, reconstruction of market segment and rate class load contributions to overall system demand, cost allocation for regulatory compliance, forecasting sales and customer growth; to gauge the effects of conservation, renewable generation, pricing policies and technological innovations, and to promote efficiencies by developing programs to automate reporting requirements.
