We are currently searching for a Data Analyst Programmer: Responsibilities: Develop and support data products and tools for the IT/IM team, ensuring compliance with project excellence standards. Provide high-level administration for Transition to Operations (TTO) utility tools , including managing SQL rules, API connections, and taxonomy mapping. Build and optimize Power BI reports to provide meaningful visualizations and actionable analytics for stakeholders. Automate workflows and repetitive tasks using Microsoft Power Automate and leverage Microsoft Copilot for content summarization and task automation. Manage and aggregate data from Data Lakes and support AI-driven initiatives within the organization. Administer Azure DevOps (ADO) to support work scope management and development tracking. Ensure data integrity and reliability by maintaining traceable logs of usage, deletions, and modifications. Conduct training and mentorship for team members on data analytics tools and work products. Perform quality assurance and user acceptance testing (UAT) for all developed work products. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in analogous Data Analyst or Programmer roles. Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Stack : Power BI, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio . Solid experience with SQL (writing and optimizing queries for data manipulation). Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps and SharePoint . Experience with Document Management Systems (e.g., Documentum D2, PIMS). Strong background in Data Governance, Taxonomy, and Master Data Management . Desired: Experience in Major Capital Projects (MCP) or large-scale construction/facility engineering environments. Knowledge of Omega iPIMS or Documentum D2 . Familiarity with Information Risk Management policies and controls. Languages Advanced Oral English. Advanced Spanish.
