About The Position

As a Program Office Analytics Engineer, you will be responsible for working with large datasets across various product and customer touchpoints. Your role will involve conducting in-depth quantitative analysis and creating intuitive visualizations to facilitate informed decision-making. You will design and build executive reporting solutions, dashboards, and self-service tools, collaborating closely with senior leadership and various teams to define metrics and develop automation strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Data Visualization, Data Scientist, or Data Analyst role.
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Spark for handling large datasets.
• Familiarity with data engineering tools and concepts, including data pipeline development and data model design.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build executive reporting solutions and polished dashboards.
• Create exploratory self-service tools and the datasets that power them.
• Analyze and present insights related to customer experience, product performance, and business operations.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership to define metrics and develop automation strategies.
• Iterate with Business, Engineering, and Enterprise teams on key business outcomes.
• Establish and communicate a comprehensive roadmap to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Bridge analytics and business teams effectively.
