The Data Analyst will play a key role in the Analytics Center of Excellence (ACoE), with a strong focus on product analytics while supporting all areas of the business, including Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Donor Development. This role requires a highly resourceful, self-sufficient, and proactive analyst—someone who is not only skilled in data analysis but also capable of building their own data pipelines, dashboards, and automation workflows without relying heavily on Data Engineers. The ideal candidate will be proficient in SQL, Python, and UI/UX analytics, with a passion for solving complex problems, developing innovative solutions, and creating impactful insights from raw data. This role bridges technical expertise with strategic business understanding, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
