About The Position

As a Top Secret Data Analyst for this program, you will be working in an organization that's mission is to develop and operate the best possible software for critical national security enterprise applications. This organization leverages SCRUM and SAFE Agile software development methodology and strong Dev Ops practices. You will be responsible for performing analysis on relevant information from a variety of sources to prepare documents, reports, summaries and replies to inquiries, ensuring accuracy and proper format of the information provided. Manages the compilation, cataloging, caching, distribution, and retrieval of data. You'll participate in ad hoc data projects and analyses that produce actionable recommendations that build relevant insights for internal and external stakeholders. You'll collect data and runs basic reports in response to client inquiries. You will work closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure sound knowledge of client requirements to support development of best-in-class analytical solutions.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with 3 years of related technical specialized experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or other related field.
  • In absence of degree, additional years of experience may be substituted for educational requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Performs analysis on relevant information from a variety of sources to prepare documents, reports, summaries and replies to inquiries, ensuring accuracy and proper format of the information provided.
  • Manages the compilation, cataloging, caching, distribution, and retrieval of data.
  • Participates in Ad hoc data projects and analyses that produce actionable recommendations that build relevant insights for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collects data and runs basic reports in response to client inquiries.
  • Works closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure sound knowledge of client requirements to support development of best-in-class analytical solutions.
  • Accurately enters required data into one or more databases, documents and/or spreadsheets.
  • Provides Help Desk support for escalated tickets.
  • Optimizes the workplace through administrative and logistics support.
  • Provides budgetary data analysis.
  • Leverages Microsoft Suite, SharePoint and PowerBI.
