Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with extensive experience in SQL for writing reports and performing data wrangling; familiarity with Python and BI tools is also beneficial
  • 5+ years of experience working with complex data problems
  • A consultative mindset with the ability to simplify complex data topics for a business audience
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs under time pressure
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and follow-through
  • Bachelor's degree in a data-related or business discipline preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting data platforms, BI tools, or data products
  • Experience working with data in financial services, especially credit markets
  • Prior success in a data enablement or consulting role
  • Familiarity with Jira

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Marketplace users, triaging and managing incoming requests, and ensuring timely, high-quality support
  • Collaborate directly with business users to understand their goals and provide practical guidance on how to use data available in the Marketplace
  • Analyze and prepare datasets to support business use cases, particularly for teams without in-house data expertise
  • Lead demos, conduct training sessions, and create self-serve materials to help users onboard and adopt Marketplace capabilities
  • Translate technical information into clear, actionable guidance tailored for non-technical audiences
  • Identify recurring needs and feedback themes to inform product improvement and scale support processes
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge base content to drive transparency and ease of use
