About The Position

We are looking to hire a candidate with the skills sets mentioned and experience for one of our clients within the pharmaceutical Industry. This is a Remote position. Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with strong expertise in data analysis and analytics engineering, preferably within the Clinical Research Organization domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data pipelines, BI tools and a solid understanding of AI/ML lifecycles in regulated environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or analytics engineering.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, experience with Python preferred.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI.
• Understanding of AI/ML lifecycles and feature pipelines.
• Knowledge of data models (conceptual, logical, physical) and data architecture.
• Familiarity with regulated environments (GxP, ISO) and validation standards.
• Clinical Research Organization experience is required.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, interpret, and transform data to actionable insights using SQL, Python, and BI tools like Power BI.
• Develop KPIs and metrics based on business rules.
• Ensure data governance, lineage, metadata management, parameterization, and version control.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and architecture teams to support data-driven decisions.
• Apply hypothesis testing, data quality analysis, and statistical techniques to solve complex problems.
• Work effectively in Agile delivery environments and navigate ambiguity.
• Support compliance with regulated environments (GxP, ISO) and validation requirements.
