About The Position
As a Data Analyst - Level 2 on the Sustainment Supply Performance Improvement Team, you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive efficiency and performance improvements. In this role, you will develop interactive data analytics dashboards, perform in-depth data analysis, and collaborate across teams to ensure metric-driven decision-making. Your work will support Root Cause and Corrective Action investigations, help identify emerging operational challenges, and contribute to process optimization across the F-35 Sustainment Supply organization. You will be responsible for designing data visualization environments, automating data pipelines, and maintaining data integrity to support leadership in rapid decision-making. This role requires a highly motivated, analytical thinker with expertise in data modeling, performance tracking, and business intelligence tools.
