About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information science, computer science, data management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or computer programming.
• 2+ years of experience working with data management standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, integration, quality, and master data management concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and manipulation.
• Experience with ETL tools, data pipelines, and API integrations.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and implementing compliance controls.
• Knowledge of data cataloging, metadata management, and data architecture principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuous learning mindset to stay current with evolving data management technologies and trends.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document data requirements for analytics and reporting solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for data systems and integration processes.
• Design and implement data models, data flows, and pipelines in partnership with IT and analytics teams.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze data trends and patterns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize data collection, analysis, and reporting workflows.
• Monitor data solutions for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with security and privacy regulations.
• Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models, ensuring best practices in data governance and quality.
• Communicate findings, progress, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders and senior management.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to foster a collaborative, high-performing analytics team.
