Infosys Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst Lead - Financial Services - (Data Quality, Lineage & Risk with Data Governance & Regulatory ing) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of the financial services domain and strong analytical skills to ensure the quality, traceability, and integrity of critical data, with a specific focus on adhering to data governance frameworks and supporting regulatory reporting requirements. You will be instrumental in identifying data risks, establishing data quality frameworks, implementing data lineage solutions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will be part of a collaborative and growth-oriented culture at Infosys, where your contributions will have a direct impact on our clients' success in a highly regulated environment.

  • Ensure the quality, traceability, and integrity of critical data.
  • Adhere to data governance frameworks and support regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Identify data risks and establish data quality frameworks.
  • Implement data lineage solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the Financial Services industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in identifying, analyzing, and resolving data quality issues.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with data profiling tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with data lineage concepts and tools.
  • Understanding of data risk management principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience querying large datasets.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with data governance frameworks and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data catalog tools and metadata management.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL concepts.
  • Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CDMP, FRM, CFA).
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
