About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Five years of relevant professional experience with BI tools and SQL modeling, including at least three years of experience in action and outcome-oriented data analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases for BI products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Ability to clear required background check.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of modeling experience with DBT / Snowflake preferred.
• Three or more years of experience developing BI products (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.).
• Experience in K12 education as a teacher, researcher, or data personnel.

Responsibilities

• Leverage products such as DBT, SQL, Python, and GitHub to collect, organize, and model data sets according to business requirements.
• Design, create, deploy, and maintain various products and applications through the Power BI service.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses to drive insights and summarize major conclusions, constraints, or cautions.
• Build and manage cross-functional relationships to synthesize data domain knowledge.
• Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization, including data ownership.
• Collaborate with visualization and modeling teams to ensure product cohesiveness.
• Process confidential data and information according to guidelines.
