We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern to join our team. You’ll play a hands-on role in turning raw data into actionable insights, helping us optimize our e-commerce performance and better understand our global community. This is a paid internship, with compensation ranging from $18 to $28 per hour, depending on experience and availability.

Requirements

  • A student or recent graduate in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex numbers into simple, strategic stories
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (experience with SQL, Tableau, or Google Analytics is a major plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for presenting findings to non-technical team members
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Passion for fashion, sustainability, and e-commerce or the lifestyle brand industry

Responsibilities

  • Analyze e-commerce performance across our web store to identify trends in customer behavior and sales cycles
  • Monitor inventory and supply chain data to ensure our ethically sourced collections are meeting demand efficiently
  • Create data visualizations and dashboards to help our marketing and operations teams understand key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Track marketing campaign ROI, specifically focusing on social media impact and email conversion rates
  • Clean and organize large datasets to ensure reporting accuracy across various sales channels
  • Identify growth opportunities by researching market trends and performing competitor benchmarking
  • Support the leadership team with weekly performance reports and post-launch evaluations for new seasonal drops
