The DATA ANALYST INTERN role within the organization will take on projects from initiation to completion during the extent of their time with the team. The successful candidate will support the Customer Operation Applications team by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to customer service, billing, and operational efficiency (including metering, field work management or enterprise asset management applications). This role will assist in working on real use-cases (e.g. process pain points), identifying trends, developing reports, and providing insights to improve customer satisfaction, user efficiency and optimize business processes. Internships at Veolia: Gain hands-on experience in at least one career function from Corporate, Engineering, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain or Technology. Internships are focused on learning and exposure to fundamental business processes and procedures.
