How will you make an impact? Our interns are matched to projects based on their abilities and current business needs. All projects will have significant strategic and/or operating importance to the business to which they are assigned. Summer projects may include the following responsibilities: Assist in building and maintaining datasets using SQL and Power Query. Contribute to Senior Leadership-level Power BI dashboards and visual enhancements under guidance from senior analysts. Participate in dashboard testing, DAX fundamentals, and model optimization efforts. Support development or refinement of PowerApps used for data capture and workflow streamlining. Assist in creating or modifying Power Automate flows that reduce manual work and improve process efficiency. Start Date & Location: This role will begin on May 11, 2026 for a duration of 10-12 weeks (dependent upon student's academic calendar).The incoming intern has the option of either working from our Morrisville, NC office or our Waltham, MA office. Compensation: Our Undergraduate internships offer an hourly rate between $18.50 - $28.75 dependent upon the role type and location you are supporting (aligned to respective cost-of-living guidelines). How will you get here? Undergraduate student completing a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or Engineering graduating between December 2026 - June 2027. Previous related internships totaling 1+ years experience required. 0 years of work experience required. Consistent track record of results demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity. Energized through championing change, driven in getting results, and savvy in navigating ambiguity. Compensation and Benefits The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in North Carolina is $15.26–$25.43. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
