We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Data Analyst-Intern with proficiency in Tableau and Power BI to join our dynamic Data Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both Tableau and Power BI, along with a strong analytical mindset, out of the box thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex data findings effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and visualize data to provide actionable insights.
  • Design and create visually engaging and user-friendly reports and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
  • Translate complex data findings into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Hands-on proficiency in Tableau and Power BI.
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics techniques, including statistical analysis, trend analysis, and predictive modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying databases and manipulating data.
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data cleaning techniques.
  • Experience in data visualization best practices and storytelling with data.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working with cloud-based analytics tools or platforms (e.g., Snowflake, DataBricks).
  • Familiarity with other data visualization tools or languages (e.g., D3.js, R, Python).
  • Experience with additional analytics or visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Python, R).
