DHL Express is seeking a motivated Data Analyst Intern to join our Mechanical Engineering team, supporting the advancement of automated warehousing solutions. This role focuses on collecting and analyzing data related to Material Handling Equipment (MHE) across facilities and visualizing insights using Power BI.

  • Gather and organize data on MHE assets
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize equipment trends, utilization, and opportunities for automation.
  • Support engineering teams in identifying data gaps and standardizing reporting formats.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Research best practices in automated warehousing and data analytics.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI; familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.
  • Interest in automation, robotics, and data-driven engineering.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Practical experience in engineering analytics and automation strategy.
  • Exposure to real-world logistics and facility operations.
