We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Data Analyst to join our Industrial Hygiene & the Built Environment team. This role supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of operational and client-facing projects across various Industrial Hygiene initiatives. You will work closely with project leads, technical experts, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of project activities and operational processes. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., industrial hygiene, environmental health, occupational health & safety, environmental science, biology, chemistry, public health, or related disciplines).
  • Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking skills to support sampling programs, site assessments, and project documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel for data tables and sampling logs, PowerPoint for reporting, Teams and SharePoint for collaboration).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail in data entry, chain‑of‑custody forms, field notes, and report preparation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional EHS, engineering, and field teams, including support on site mobilization, equipment coordination, and client communication.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience or internship in industrial hygiene, environmental consulting, occupational health, laboratory work, or related project coordination.
  • Exposure to IH/BE concepts such as air monitoring, asbestos/lead/mold assessments, indoor air quality, or environmental sampling.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com) to support scheduling, task tracking, and deliverable management.

Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination & Support Assist in the planning and execution of Industrial Hygiene project activities , including sampling schedules, deliverables, and resource tracking.
  • Support project managers and industrial hygienists by maintaining project documentation, preparing work plans, generating status updates, and coordinating field and virtual meetings.
  • Monitor project progress, assist with data and workflow tracking, and help identify risks, delays, or operational bottlenecks across IH and Built Environment projects.
  • Operational Processes Support the optimization and maintenance of operational workflows across the IH/BE team, including sampling logistics, equipment tracking, and data intake processes.
  • Assist with tracking project budgets, vendor invoices, and internal reporting requirements tied to IH sampling programs and laboratory analysis.
  • Contribute to the development, refinement, and standardization of IH operational SOPs, templates, and QA/QC processes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and manage follow‑up actions involving internal technical experts, project coordinators, laboratory partners, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Facilitate clear communication between field teams, industrial hygienists, project leadership, and business operations to ensure alignment on project milestones and priorities.
  • Data & Documentation Management Maintain accurate and organized sampling datasets, exposure monitoring records, dashboards, and project documentation repositories (e.g., air sampling logs, chain‑of‑custody records, lab reports).
  • Support quality assurance checks on IH deliverables to ensure accuracy of data tables, exposure summaries, and report components.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, data summaries, visualizations, and client‑facing materials used in final reports and internal project briefings.
