Please send your resume to for immediate consideration Title of Position: Data Analyst III Location: Detroit, MI (Hybrid – One day onsite is required) Duration: 6 months+ Employment: Contract Rate: $Negotiable Job Summary: Engagement Description Develop medium to highly complex logical database designs, logical data models and relational data definitions in support of corporate and customer information systems requirements. Work closely with customers, vendors, business analysts and application development project teams to resolve information flow and content issues. Work on enterprise-wide complex projects/issues/enhancements as a team member or lead. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. Seven (7) years IT work experience with five (5) years in quality assurance and/or data management required. Expertise with data quality tools for data profiling, cleansing and standardization preferred. Experience in implementing solutions and processes for master data and hierarchy synchronizations preferred.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 or more years’ experience in the following:
  • Advanced SQL capabilities
  • Hands on experience with Python and Spark
  • Seven (7) years IT work experience with five (5) years in quality assurance and/or data management required
  • Expertise with data quality tools for data profiling, cleansing and standardization preferred
  • Experience in implementing solutions and processes for master data and hierarchy synchronizations preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with health care data is preferred
  • Experience in Linux environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
