  • Design and execute advanced SQL queries and scripts to extract, validate, and transform business data.
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns, correlations, and trends, synthesizing findings into clear and actionable business recommendations.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover root causes, identify key drivers of performance, and recommend data-driven actions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical approaches and measurable solutions.
  • Develop, validate, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that deliver accurate and actionable insights for both operational and strategic decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytics role.
  • Proficient in SQL and comfortable using scripting languages such as Python or R to support analysis and automate reporting.
  • Experience with BI tools like Tableau and Power BI for interactive dashboard development.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply statistical analysis and predictive techniques to generate business insights.
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex analytics projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to technical and executive audiences.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data environments or modern analytics tools.
  • Background in financial services, consumer finance, or a related industry.
  • Experience contributing to data quality, governance, or reporting standards initiatives.
