We are seeking a technical contributor and team leader within its corporate data and reporting function. This role plays a critical part in supporting enterprise reporting, BI initiatives, and data governance as executive demand for analytics and Tableau visualizations continues to grow. This is a lead‑level data role with hands‑on responsibility for ETL development, reporting, database design, and data migration, while also providing day‑to‑day leadership for a small team of analysts. As a Data Analyst II, you’ll design, build, and maintain SSIS‑based ETL pipelines, optimize SQL for reporting and BI dashboards, and support enterprise reporting solutions using SSRS, Tableau, and Power BI. You’ll lead data initiatives including data mapping, migration, and database design, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and performance. You’ll support the full lifecycle of data projects, from requirements gathering and technical design through development, testing, and deployment, working within an Agile/Scrum environment using Azure DevOps. You’ll also contribute to data governance efforts by helping build and maintain a data catalog that supports data quality and usability across the organization. This role includes technical leadership responsibilities, with oversight of a small team of 2–5 people depending on project needs. You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, including non‑technical leaders, to translate analytics and reporting needs into scalable technical solutions—particularly as Tableau usage expands at the executive level. You will report to the Data Administration Supervisor, but you are expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership. We’re looking for a technically strong, experienced data professional who can lead projects and people while staying hands‑on.
