About The Position

We're seeking a Data Analyst to join our Strategy and Analytics team, supporting the Commercial Sales organization. This is a hybrid business and data analyst role that blends technical data expertise, AI, and machine learning with strong business acumen, curiosity, and communication skills. You'll play a key role in translating data into strategy-identifying insights that drive sales performance, improve operational efficiency, and influence decision-making across the Commercial Sales and Marketing teams. In this analytical and strategic role, you'll need to think critically, communicate clearly, and deliver actionable insights that move the business forward. You'll act as the bridge between Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Sales Leadership, leveraging data to illuminate opportunities and solve business challenges. We're looking for someone who loves to dive into data, challenge assumptions, and create clarity from complexity.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar analytical role
  • Strong proficiency with: Databricks and SQL Server
  • SQL, Python, and PySpark
  • Power BI and data visualization best practices
  • Alteryx for data preparation and workflow automation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights

  • Experience in statistical modeling and predictive analytics
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key liaison between Sales Enablement, SMB Marketing, and Sales
  • Identify, monitor, and report on Marketing and Sales KPIs to measure performance and ROI
  • Generate qualified leads and data insights that enhance pipeline development
  • Maintain and enhance existing Power BI dashboards and daily reporting mechanisms
  • Manage and update Databricks data sources to ensure reliability and accuracy
  • Identify and resolve data anomalies such as missing sales data or segmentation discrepancies
  • Support Marketing initiatives by suggesting campaign strategies, sourcing target data, tracking progress, and reporting on key success metrics
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve visibility into sales and marketing performance through data-driven storytelling
  • Apply your technical expertise in SQL, Python, PySpark, and Databricks to uncover insights that drive commercial growth
  • Translate complex datasets into clear visualizations and business recommendations using Power BI and Alteryx
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline reporting processes and enhance data accessibility
  • Influence decision-making by providing actionable insights that align sales strategy with business objectives
  • Strengthen Frontier's analytics foundation as we expand into AI-driven and predictive modeling initiatives.
