Step into the epicenter of data interpretation and analysis as a Data Analyst II. This dynamic role puts you at the heart of our operations, where you'll play a critical role in decoding user behavior through our products. As a Data Analyst II, your primary responsibility will be to research, collect and analyze user data, transforming raw figures into actionable insights. You'll be the creative mind behind user-centric dashboards that capture key performance indicators, aiding our product teams in their strategic decision-making process. Joining us means partnering with other Data Ventures teams, uniting your expertise with theirs to analyze, assess and provide insights about our users that drive our business strategies. Your analytical skills will not only shape our products but also plot the trajectory of our users' journey. In this role, you'll be a key player in our Data Ventures / Data Enrichment team, collaborating with partners across Walmart Digital Citizenship, Walmart Global Tech and our product teams to champion the ethical and responsible use of data and technology. Your impact will be felt in three major areas: enabling new data products by providing them with accurate data, improving product efficiency by focusing on data enrichment to reduce costs, and more importantly, ensuring the health and safety of our data to help our customers succeed.
