About The Position

With a global presence, the company focuses on beautifying landscapes from residential gardens to major venues. The Data Analyst role is part of the Integrated Supply Chain team, responsible for structuring, exploring, and analyzing data to support business decision-making across various functions. This position involves partnering with business stakeholders to translate questions into analytical outputs such as curated datasets, reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and clarity to enable actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis
  • Experience structuring and analyzing datasets for reporting and insights
  • Proficiency with BI and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of data visualization and reporting best practices
  • Ability to interpret and explain data to non‑technical audiences
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Economics, or a related field required
  • 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role
  • Experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders in a business environment
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Structure, clean, and prepare datasets from multiple sources for analysis and reporting
  • Perform data exploration and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
  • Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders
  • Translate business questions into analytical approaches and clearly communicate findings
  • Validate data accuracy and consistency across reports and analytical outputs
  • Document data definitions, assumptions, and analytical methodologies
  • Collaborate with data engineering and analytics engineering teams to improve data availability and reliability
  • Support ad hoc analytical requests and deep‑dive analyses as needed
