In this role, as an individual contributor you'll help these teams make smarter, faster decisions by providing accurate reporting, thoughtful analysis, and clear insights. You'll work on a wide range of topics from tracking financial and operational performance, to supporting people-related initiatives, giving you broad exposure to how the company runs. • Maintain and improve data models that support G&A reporting, ensuring accuracy and scalability.
  • Communicate findings clearly and effectively, tailoring outputs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in G&A functions while building trusted relationships with partners.
  • 2-3 years of experience in business analytics, data science, or a similar role; experience supporting G&A teams (Finance, HR/People, Business Ops) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or equivalent).
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity with the drive to explore beyond the direct requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured analyses.
  • Effective communication skills, with experience presenting insights to stakeholders.
  • A self-starter who enjoys working cross-functionally and is eager to learn new domains.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401k
  • Wellness reimbursement
  • Take what you need vacation policy
  • Generous parental leave for both primary and secondary caregivers
