About The Position

As a Data Analyst II, you will play a critical role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions across various departments. You will be responsible for collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses on large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will develop and maintain dashboards and reports that communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your work will directly influence operational efficiency, customer experience, and overall business growth by providing data-driven recommendations. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into meaningful narratives that support organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and automation.
  • Familiarity with statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement.
  • Develop, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards using data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support the design and implementation of data collection systems and strategies to optimize data quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and present findings to stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
  • Work with data engineering and IT teams to improve data infrastructure and accessibility.
