Hyundai's North America Quality Center (NAQC) is looking for a Data Analyst for the Strategy and Analysis Team. The Data Analyst would support business operations by analyzing data, identifying trends, developing reports, and delivering actionable insights that drive quality improvements on Hyundai, Genesis, and Kia NA vehicles, in addition to collaborating with cross-functional and global teams to monitor quality issues, analyze external quality indicators and customer data, and escalate emerging quality cases.
