The Compensation Data Analyst (“Analyst”) is a key member of the Compensation Team and has shared accountability for the success of the function. The Analyst works under immediate supervision and assists with data collection, analysis, reporting and system maintenance that inform compensation decisions and strategy. Reporting to the Manager, People Analytics and Compensation Data, the Analyst applies strong analytical and technical skills and routinely partners and works in concert with other HR functions (e.g., HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, HRIS) to advance HR and Compensation strategies. The Analyst maintains an understanding of and ensures compliance with applicable state and federal employment and wage and hour laws. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
