The position will work closely with dedicated brand analytics and operations teams to understand Guest Experience (GX) KPIs and provide strategic insights to drive decision making. The position will develop analytics based operational models, design testing/measurement plans, help manage the Inspire survey GX feedback program, and deliver actionable reporting solutions to drive improved Guest Experience. The expectation is that this individual will become an expert on multiple sources of GX experience data and analytic models critical to business insights and decision-making across all Inspire brands.
