Requirements

Previous experience in data analysis for training or education.
Proficiency in data visualization and statistical software.
Bachelor’s in Data Science, Statistics, or relevant field.
Minimum of 3 years in data analysis, especially in military/government training contexts.
Skilled in SPSS, R, or similar tools.
Strong ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)
Problem-solving and critical thinking in an educational setting.
Strong interpersonal skills to engage learners.
Leadership and adaptability in a diverse classroom environment
Able to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
High attention to data accuracy

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze data on training effectiveness.
Develop reports that highlight language proficiency outcomes and identify improvement areas.
