We’re seeking a detail-oriented, organized, experienced Problem Solver Data Analyst to join our team. You’ll serve as the data expert across various projects, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience (3+ years) in analyzing large and complex datasets, including data manipulation, statistical analysis, and drawing conclusions.
• Exceptional customer-facing and communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Highly Preferred - Spanish Speaker
• B.A./B.S. in a related field is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer data to identify classification problems and anomalies, primarily using SQL.
• Design, plan, and implement projects and automation tools for internal use.
• Provide near real-time customer support (Data Tier 2-3) and deliver professional, data-related technical responses.
• Collaborate with customers and sales teams to deliver actionable insights and reports.
• Communicate with global customers, providing quick responses and effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with R&D and Research teams to optimize Cyera’s product and enhance customer data security.
