Join the Business Analytics team at Workhuman, where we sit at the core of the organization, driving strategy and decision-making through data. As a Data Analyst you will conduct analyses and build dashboards to create insights that direct our strategy to maximize customer performance. This is a high-visibility position with access to the Customer & Finance leadership teams with an opportunity to make a massive impact surfacing insights to uncover revenue generation and customer engagement opportunities. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, data-driven, technical, and business oriented. They will dive deep into the weeds of our data infrastructure, build production-grade data models and self-serve dashboards, become an expert in our business, and conduct robust analyses to drive impactful actions. The Data Analyst will partner across the Customer, Finance, and Go-To-Market operations organizations, as well as internally with the Business Analytics team and our partner Data Platform technology team.
