As a Data Analyst on our Curriculum Analytics team, you’ll help uncover insights that improve learning outcomes and promote equity for every student. The Institutional Analytics and Research (IAR) team supports and enables most university teams, departments, and colleges to make data-informed decisions that lead to better student outcomes. Our analysts, scientists, researchers, and managers are distributed across several teams: Institutional Research, Institutional Metrics & Insights, Outreach Analytics, Faculty Analytics, Curriculum Analytics, and Student Success Analytics. About the Curriculum Analytics Team We leverage WGU’s rich data assets to track curriculum performance, identify equity gaps, and support continuous improvement. The Role: Data Analyst As a Data Analyst, you’ll extract, process, analyze, and report on data to produce actionable insights and research. You’ll collaborate with peers and leaders across IAR, Data Engineering, Product Management, and Faculty, performing ad hoc analyses, building standard reports and visualizations, and delivering information that drives decision-making.
