Neiman Marcus Group is seeking a Data Analyst for CRM Marketing Deployment to join our CRM Technical Operations team. This role is pivotal in developing insights, algorithms, and data products that support decision-making, customer targeting, and the technologies utilized throughout the organization. The analyst will leverage data query and campaign tools to construct marketing campaigns aimed at delivering the right marketing communications to the right customer at the right time. In this position, you will collaborate with various analytical teams to design channel and customer-level tests, build custom audiences in our Customer Data Platform (CDP), and mine complex digital behavioral data to transform it into actionable insights. You will also assist with data requests for reporting and analysis generated by other Analytics and Marketing teams. A key aspect of this role involves interfacing with non-technical teams, helping them understand how to effectively utilize data to fulfill their strategies. Additionally, you will need to comprehend consumer behavior, purchase data, and digital information, particularly within the retail sector, to better understand customer needs and preferences.
