About The Position

The Data Analyst, Corporate Quality Assurance - Ventures will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support the quality and food safety processes, ensure compliance with food safety standards, and drive continuous improvement in production quality. This role will be instrumental in improving data collection, analysis and reporting capabilities of the team. A successful candidate will leverage data to identify trends, provide insights, and contribute to the growth and efficiency of the business. Key stakeholders will include quality assurance, production, and operations teams to identify trends, track product quality metrics, and provide data-driven insights to enhance product consistency and meet regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • B.S. degree in Food Science, Data Science, Engineering, Microbiology, Chemistry, Statistics, or other related Sciences.
  • 3 or more years of experience in Quality, Supply Chain, Food Safety &/or R&D.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis tools and software.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization principles.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, and food safety management systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making techniques.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, organize, and maintain quality control data from various sources including audits, complaints, product analysis reports and other enterprise tools.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that impact product quality.
  • Prepare and present reports with actionable insights, including charts, graphs, and statistical summaries.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues.
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of data for regulatory audits.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Create and maintain dashboards for real-time quality monitoring.
  • Work closely with the Quality Control, Production, and R&D teams to communicate findings.
