The Community Connect Data Analyst (CCDA) serves as a professional role model in promoting the understanding, integration, and application of information services in a healthcare setting. The CCDA acts as a liaison between Community Connect sites and Providence information services, supporting all care givers throughout the reporting spectrum in the implementation, learning, use, adoption, and optimization of reporting and analytics within Epic. The CCDA supports the analysis, implementation, evaluation, optimization, and education of reporting and analytics for Community Connect sites within Epic. The position requires team participation skills delivered in a complex, stressful environment, skilled use of reporting applications both within and outside of Epic, information services, Microsoft tools, and fundamentals of project and change management. Ability to independently work with clients, multiple IS groups, and leadership to ensure strong support in and success of each organization's reporting and analytics objectives.
