Herff Jones' products include class rings and jewelry, caps and gowns, yearbooks, diplomas, frames, announcements, and Greek accessories as well as motivation and recognition programs. The Data Analyst /Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for the creation, management, and training of our reporting systems. This role will be extracting and managing data metrics for the business, while also building out and structuring core business files in a digital cloud setting. You will be working with various departments to ensure the data is correct, focusing on owning the data management for all operations of the business, as well as tracking and reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly schedules of the business's metrics.
