  • Assist in automating business processes to improve efficiency, focusing on streamlining repetitive tasks using Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
  • Support the design and development of a digital parts lookup tool that enables customers to easily identify and order the correct product parts.
  • Generate and analyze reports to support data-driven decision-making, focusing on key performance metrics and operational efficiency.
  • Document existing workflows and suggest optimizations to boost productivity and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (IT, Sales, Operations, and Customer Solutions) to implement automation solutions, process improvements, and customer-facing tools.
  • Create reports and presentations summarizing analytics, automation progress, and process recommendations.
  • Current student (rising junior or senior) actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Experience with data analysis, workflow automation tools, and RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and a strong team player.
  • Passionate about your work, with a genuine desire to contribute meaningfully and make an impact.
  • Demonstrated commitment to integrity and respect in interactions with others, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Strong sense of accountability, taking ownership of tasks and following through on commitments.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and do not require sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel preferred).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
