About The Position

Chileda's mission is to improve the quality of life for individuals with cognitive and behavioral challenges. Chileda's goal is to help students increase their appropriate social behaviors and develop independent living skills, through an enriched learning environment and individualized behavior programming. Chileda's population includes children and young adults with special needs including Autism, Attachment Challenges, related developmental delays, and intensive behavioral needs. SUMMARY: The Data Analyst/BI Developer is responsible for collecting, cleaning, and interpreting data to help Chileda make informed data driven decisions through building forms, dashboards, models, visualizations, and reports. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple levels of the organization. They will manage multiple projects that require creative problem-solving for our unique needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Programming, Computer Science or an adjacent area with a focus on BI, SQL, and data engineering/modeling
  • 1-3 Years Experience in a similar role, 4+ years preferred.
  • Detail-oriented self-starter with a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a healthcare related organization is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department leadership to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
  • Gather detailed technical requirements to design and develop data structures supporting BI solutions from start to finish.
  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Analyze complex datasets using statistical methods and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, PowerBI, YellowfinBI).
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as YellowfinBI or Power BI.
  • Translate data findings into clear, actionable insights for leadership across departments.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality, integrity, and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and automation in workflows.
  • Maintain and improve existing data collection tools including flows and forms.
  • Assist with other job tasks as directed by the Supervisor
