Seeking Data Analyst – Behavioral Health & Program Evaluation candidates with relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for DOD/Military Sector Clients such as DOA. This as a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Data Management and Program Evaluation Functional Area Professional - Data Analytics Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

  • Collect and clean data across service areas.
  • Analyze PSB-CY, abuse, and education trends.
  • Prepare dashboards and monthly MSR reports.
  • Assist with CARAT-related data collection.
  • Experience in program evaluation, public health analytics.
  • Bachelor’s in Data Science, Statistics, or Public Health.
  • 2–4 years in data analyst or evaluation role.
  • Skills Required: Excel, SQL, R/SPSS, visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
  • Competencies Required: Analytical thinking, data interpretation, privacy compliance.
