About The Position

Zeta Global is seeking a Data Analyst to join our Actions Account Analytics team, supporting data-driven performance optimization across our agency, lead generation and lead engagement businesses. You will be a key member of a high-impact traditional marketing analytics group to drive scale, efficiency, and innovation across client and internal workflows. This role is ideal for someone who’s equally passionate about hands-on analytics, building scalable AI solutions, and operationalizing insights into production systems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, or business intelligence, preferably within Consulting or performance marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience building or integrating AI-driven analytics processes, such as LLM-assisted analysis, workflow automation, or model-based optimization.
  • Strong SQL skills (joins, performance optimization).
  • Exceptional attention-to-detail with the ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
  • 2+ years’ experience with Tableau or similar BI tools (Power BI, Looker).
  • Proven ability to move AI prototypes into production-ready, repeatable solutions.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills - able to simplify technical analyses for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience building and polishing PowerPoint presentations, emphasis on storytelling.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of digital marketing performance metrics, lead generation funnels, or campaign optimization principles.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, automation frameworks (e.g., Airflow, Prefect, or Zapier), or AI platforms to scale analytics tasks.
  • Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
  • Experience with OpenAI API, Base44, Replit, Vertex AI, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with predictive modeling or machine learning pipelines.
  • Proficiency in Python (preferred) or R for analytical scripting and automation.
  • Work experience in Higher Education or Programmatic marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end campaign reporting, performance tracking, and optimization analysis across multiple clients and verticals.
  • Design testing frameworks, attribution logic, and optimization strategies to enhance ROI and efficiency.
  • Identify performance trends and uncover opportunities for optimization using statistical, predictive, and AI-driven techniques.
  • Develop and implement AI-powered automation workflows to improve campaign analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Analytics and Engineering teams to productionize AI solutions, including data enrichment, predictive modeling, and insight generation.
  • Leverage LLMs and generative AI tools to accelerate analysis, content creation, and reporting tasks.
  • Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies that can streamline workflows or enhance analytics capabilities.
  • Develop, automate, and maintain Tableau dashboards and SQL-based data pipelines that surface real-time insights.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable stories that guide business and client decisions.
  • Support client and leadership meetings with narrative-driven data presentations that connect outcomes to business value.
  • Collaborate closely with Campaign Management, Sales, Product, and Data Science teams to enhance data accessibility, model performance, and platform automation.
  • Act as a strategic partner to client success leads, helping define and interpret KPIs and inform campaign strategy.
  • Work cross-functionally to scale AI tools and workflows across the broader Actions analytics ecosystem.
  • Improve data processes by designing efficient queries, validating data integrity, and creating scalable reporting solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our internal analytics tools, automation pipelines, and best practices.
