About The Position

Background/Experience Required: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar field of study (Master’s Degree preferred) • Minimum of 6 years of experience in the business performance dashboard development, Data Analytics, Sales Analytics or a related field. • Strong communication & analytical skills with the ability to interpret large complex data sets and build / maintain a dashboard. • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau. • Experience in developing and maintaining business performance dashboards and reports. • Capability to thrive in dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently or with minimal direction. • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities and Duties: • Analyze retail performance data to identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement in sales and operational efficiency with clear, concise charts, graphs, tables, or summaries • Interpret large complex data sets to build and maintain a dashboard. • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track key metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate all different data efficiently • Conduct in-depth analysis of retail operations to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of retail initiatives and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. • Download and validate POS Sales data, Retail Traffic data and financial data daily basis and maintain the weekly sales & traffic combined dashboard • Support Sr. Manager in establishing and maintaining dashboard and Ad-hoc reports that analyze data from multiple sources that provide insights into the performance of the Mobile business.
