About The Position

The Data Analyst II is supporting the Tennessee Population Health Consortium
(TN-PHC) and its initiatives at the University of Tennessee Health Science
Center (UTHSC). This position focuses on the analysis of electronic health
record (EHR) and administrative claims data, with applications in population
health research and quality improvement.

Working with R, SAS, SQL, GIS and other tools, the analyst will help design,
execute, and interpret health services research studies. The role includes
leadership of specific projects, development of analytical dashboards, creation
of study cohorts, and collaboration with both internal teams and external
partners.
