About The Position
CTG is hiring a Data Analyst 1 to support process performance tracking, compliance analysis, and data-driven insights for a Fortune 500 client.
Requirements
- 2+ years of data analysis or reporting experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Experience with process tracking, metrics, and documentation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
Responsibilities
- Analyze process and performance data to ensure compliance with standards
- Partner with project managers to gather and interpret statistical data
- Track deviations, perform root cause analysis, and support corrective actions
- Document findings, maintain reports, and support audit activities
- Capture meeting notes, action items, and governance documentation
