  • Serve as primary data retriever, tester and deployer for critical data sets.
  • Collaborate with Technology Team and Operations Leaders to identify areas for improvement in data integrity, operation processes and company systems.
  • Work with Technology Team to develop, test, and deploy new data systems.
  • Retrieve and review data from multiple sources using SQL, APIs, SFTPs, and other data connectors as required.
  • Develop and maintain data quality checks to ensure integrity across systems.
  • Escalate data errors so they can be addressed by the appropriate party.
  • Create and update Power BI dashboards and internal reports to support business needs.
  • Develop data integration systems that meet requirements.
  • Document technical specifications, design choices, code, and system modifications as you develop.
  • Test new systems during development to identify issues prior to go live.
  • Validate issues in existing systems and elevate to the appropriate party for resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members for code reviews and knowledge sharing.
  • Troubleshoot and debug existing systems and processes.
  • Partner with operation teams to identify opportunities for automation or reporting.
  • Analyze current processes and suggest data-driven improvements.
  • Stay current with new technologies, methods, and practices that can benefit the team.
  • Help document and maintain standard operating procedures.
  • Retrieve system data, analyze, and identify areas of improvement.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technology-based discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to translate process documentations into code.
  • Knowledge of databases and basic queries (SQL, MSSQL, Snowflake, Mongo, etc.)
  • Proficiency in simple programming logic.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with other Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Ability to build system reports and queries to review key data sets.
  • Ability to work with various datasets and tools to accomplish tasks.
  • Desire to continuously learn and apply learning to job.
  • High attention to detail and ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks.
