About The Position

SkyWest Airlines is seeking a qualified individual to improve Flight Training Advanced Qualification Program (AQP) data analysis systems and reporting. The successful candidate will provide expert recommendations for AQP curriculum improvement to Fleet Training Managers and assist the AQP Manager in ensuring FAA AQP regulatory compliance. This role involves conducting regular reports on flight training AQP performance data and providing FAA briefings on the performance of SkyWest Flight Training. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for data analysis reporting for pilot training throughput, identifying constraints, and recommending improvements. The position also requires the development of data dashboards for automated reporting systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or certification in a field related to data analysis
• Expert in data analysis - including root cause analysis, statistical modeling, and data reporting systems
• Ability to read and understand federal regulations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on quality, tone, detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel
• Commitment to professionalism
