Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field in the penultimate year of study.
• Expertise in Excel and data analysis.
• Programming/scripting skills for data integration and dashboard creation.
• Experience working in shared digital spaces.
• Strong initiative and meticulous file management skills.
• Good communication and writing skills; experience with instructional design is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a technical environment, though an engineering background is not required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)

Responsibilities

• Data analysis and manipulation using Excel; working with several spreadsheets.
• Programming/scripting to pull information from multiple sources (employee database, Excel sheets, csv data files) into a web-based dashboard for multiple, pre-defined needs.
• Collaborating with others in shared digital spaces like OneDrive, Teams, Point.
• Taking initiative to find and suggest improvements in process and project management.
• Supporting a large technical conference review process and event planning/management.
