As a technical recruiter focused on Data and AI at Accenture Federal Services, you will play a critical role in helping to build the teams that drive the future of AI. We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter who deeply understands AI talent-someone who can identify, engage, and close top data engineering, Generative AI and data science talent.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with 2+ years focused on Data and AI
  • Strong understanding of the AI talent market—industry trends, academic pipelines, and events/associations/conferences
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management and influencing skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership and technical stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and build scalable, data-driven recruiting strategies
  • Source and engage specialized AI talent, including those with high-level security clearances, through creative sourcing channels and networking to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Evaluate candidates against role requirements and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
  • Provide data-driven insights and market intelligence on AI talent trends to inform hiring decisions
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and source potential candidates
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Maintain and update our applicant tracking system and recruitment metrics
  • Ensure data quality within our applicant tracking system
