About The Position

The Data & AI/ML Engineer position involves building and optimizing machine learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. The role requires the implementation of end-to-end MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring, as well as leveraging cloud-based AI services such as AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, and Azure ML to develop scalable ML solutions. Additionally, the engineer will work with big data technologies including Spark, Hadoop, BigQuery, and Databricks for data preprocessing and feature engineering.

Requirements

• 2 - 8 years of experience in Data & AI/ML engineering.
• Proficiency in building and optimizing machine learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience in implementing end-to-end MLOps pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure ML).
• Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, BigQuery, Databricks).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Nice To Haves

• Experience managing MLOps infrastructure including Continuous Integration servers and Model Deployment automation.
• Knowledge of Python, Prompt Engineering, Langchain, Agentic AI, Data Engineering, Data Sciences, Applied AI, and AI/ML.
• Familiarity with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda; Azure OpenAI Service, ML Studio; GCP Vertex AI, Generative AI Studio.

• Explore and experiment with new AI and Data technologies to build innovative solutions for customer use cases.
• Perform rapid prototypes and develop MVPs using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Implement end-to-end MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
