Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations
- Experience supporting complex, multi-motion GTM in a SaaS/ISV or Partnership team
- Strong background in pipeline analytics, forecasting, and performance management
- Bachelor's Degree
- Highly analytical with strong business judgment
- Operational leader who brings structure without slowing execution
- Comfortable working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- Systems thinker with a continuous improvement mindset
